Habitaciones amplias y limpias, buen precio y un buena ubicación, llegas caminando al centro. El servicio es aceptable aunque no fue excelente, tienes que pedirles que te dejen toallas o agua. El jardin es bonito y elegi ese hotel por la alberca, sin embargo no pudimos meternos a la alberca porque la alberca no tiene caldera y el agua está helada, no pudimos usar la alberca, fue una lástima, porque hubiera sido perfecto. Si no esperas usar la alberca el hotel está muy bien. El Internet también es bueno.

Habitaciones amplias y bien decoradas, la vista de la terraza super bonita, precio razonable, peeero les Urge!! mantenimiento a los Jacuzzis de la terraza y a la alberca. Y también se agradecería que el estacionamiento tuviera algun recubrimiento permeable (adopasto, adoquin, huellas de cemento etc.) y no la tierra directamente.
Ampliamente recomendado! El Gerente el señor Arturo un profesional de la hostelería excelente! El personal de 10! Super atentos, trabajadores y amables! Las instalaciones muy confortantes. Ideal para reuniones de ejecutivos y empresarios.
I stayed just for one night, but they let us make an early check-in without extra cost, the staff was really helpful and nice. The location is perfect, between downtown and the Tepozteco mountain. 10 minutes walking each one.
The room was very large. No air conditioning, just a big fan. From the rooftop cafe there were great views. What I liked about it least was the chairs and the large pillow had large stains.
Excellent location, all the amenities, great breakfast, nice views from the top in this beautiful hotel, the staff is always helpful and ready to solve any issues if you have one, rooms are spacious, and well decorated, nice garden and pool area to relax having a drink from the bar. The only thing we noted is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, we visited during March and the temperatures were really nice, but I can imagine that during summer it might get hot in the rooms. A great plus is the parking, because if you have been to Tepoztlan, you know that parking can be a struggle
If you want a romantic place with an excellent view of "El Tepozteco", this is a perfect option. If you want it, you can only visit the restaurant, which has a gorgeous view.
